Project Background:
The project covers an area of 70 mu, building old staff housing for the 1950s, in line with the transformation of shanty towns in the old city of Xi 'an.
It is about 5 kilometers away from Xincheng Square in the center of Xi 'an and shaanxi Provincial government, 1 kilometers outside the east Second Ring Road, close to the east Development Zone and animation industry base.
The project site is about 500 meters away from the planned subway Line 3 and Subway Line 6 stations, which is in a superior position.
Design Concept:
Xi 'an is a city with four distinct seasons. The color of the city changes with the seasons. For thousands of years, the realistic version of Wiener's variations on the four seasons has been played.
The four Seasons East City will bring a new concept of "four seasons" to the ancient city of Xi 'an -- a constant green four seasons.
